System Limits & Restrictions
Users
Every plan has a number of user accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (read under POP Email). This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your online business.
Email Addresses
Every plan includes a number of email accounts (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). We support both POP and IMAP. Each email mailbox has a 100Mb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.
SMS Notifications
Every plan includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
Disk Space
Every plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.
Bandwidth
All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.
Using your own URL
You can use your own URL - you don't need to use the yourname.websiteconsole.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let us host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use our DNS, it's free. We've got an article that will help you out here - never fear :)

We've allotted generous limits to all our plans so that hopefully you'll never go over them. If you do though, don't worry - extra disk space, bandwidth, emails and SMS can be purchased at the cost below.

- Extra Newsletters $0.01/email, charged in 1,000 increments
- Extra SMS $10/month per additional 50 SMS
- Extra users $50/month per additional 10 users
- Excess traffic charged at $1/1GB
